We want you to love your purchase! However, if you change your mind or if something isn’t quite right, you can return your items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Products must be in their original, unused, and undamaged condition, preferably in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Return Shipping Costs

Please note: The costs for return shipping are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a shipping service with a track & trace option, as we cannot be held responsible for return shipments that get lost or damaged in transit.

How to Return Your Order

Pack your items: Safely place the items you wish to return back into their original packaging or a sturdy shipping box. Include the original packing slip or a note with your order number and name inside the box.

Ship the package: Address the package to our return address (provided below) and send it via a carrier of your choice. Keep your proof of shipment and tracking number until your return has been processed.

Drop-off: Bring your package to a local service point to complete the shipment.

Refund Policy

Once your return package has been safely received and inspected at our warehouse, we will process your refund.

Timeline: You will receive your money back as soon as we have successfully received and checked the returned items.

Payment Method: The refund will automatically be issued via the original payment method you used to place the order. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take a few business days for the credit to appear in your account.
